How to deal with a deliverable?

  • Who is writing it? The person identified as leader of a deliverable, and his/her contributors. Reviewer are identified in the excel list in the section Description of the Action
  • When? At the deadline indicated in the excel list in the section Description of the Action the deliverable has to be submitted to the project office.

How to write a progress report?

Progress reports are due at regular intervals during the project.
We will have three progress report in Blue-Action, two are progress report, one is the final report.

  • Who is writing it? The WP lead and co-lead. Partners in the WP are their contributors. Reviewer is the project office.

How to deliver an interim financial reports?

Who draft it? Financial officers at partner level
When? Every six month. An additional month is given to deliver to the project office.

How to grant open access to papers?

Blue-Action scientists ensure that electronic copies of peer-reviewed scientific publications become freely available to anyone as soon as possible and in all cases no later than six months after publication. This is what is indicated in our grant agreement with the EC.
